The cyberpunk dystopia has never been easier to achieve.
A note on the image - some have seen it before, some (who are doubtless not reading this space) will have only seen a recent photocopy... here it is in digital form, preserved for all time. I found the letter under a park bench in Kingston, Ontario near the end of September, 2001. It's written on the reverse of a "City of Kingston, Department of Social Services" application for social housing. It's also hilarious - note creative misorthography throughout.
"Dokaka is the Japanese beatbox artist whose acapella remakes of well-known songs have earned him a worldwide fan base.No War,but Music!!"
