I saw it with my own eyes - doors closed and windows papered over; the end of a St. Catherine Street institution, the unbelievable existence of Double Donuts (Chomedey & du Fort) is at an end.

ubelievable, saw it too. some sad looking guy walking out of the boarded up, pathetic looking spot. the correlation between this and stakes is high is not lost on me. who has the renewal vision to transform what was once montreals great strip..........Who i ask? alll of this (urban renewal issues of as of yet self published rags) is unot unrelated to my last hhjournal entry either. reify reify.
